This report details anchorage guidelines, including procedures and criteria, for evaluating seismic adequacy of a variety of anchorage types, including expansion anchors, welds, cast-in-place (CIP) bolts, and other types of fasteners. These guidelines are the basis and principal reference for the anchorage evaluation procedures for the Seismic Qualification Utility Group (SQUG) Generic Implementation Procedure for resolution of Unresolved Safety Issue (USI) A-46.
