Description: Shear failures along construction joints, and some column failures at points of high rigidity. Detail of the front wall failure. This wall appeared to have been largely freestanding. Southwest corner of Baguedano and Bulnes streets, Osorno, Chile. "Sac Saavedra Benard" is name on this building. Built 1950. Architect was Fernando Lopez Garcia.
