Funding for the development of this site was provided by the California Department of Transportation under the Caltrans-EERC Coordinated Protective Systems Research Program. The National Information Service for Earthquake Engineering (NISEE) has also provided substantial in-kind technical support, particularly for the development of the PROSYS database and the provision of the host computer.

The content, page layout, and HTML pages were created by Peter Clark. Debra Bartling of NISEE developed the PROSYS database structure in Sybase and implemented its WWW interface. Most of the data was input by Colman Cronin, with assistance from Lucinda Foss. The applications lists were compiled by Ian Aiken and edited and converted into HTML format by Colman Cronin.

The Principal Investigator for the Caltrans-EERC project is Professor Stephen Mahin. Professors Gregory Fenves and Nicos Makris are co-Principal Investigators. The Caltrans Project Officers are Tim Leahy, Li-Hong Sheng, Moshen Sultan, and Roberto Lacalle.
