DRAIN-2D is a general purpose program for the analysis of plane inelastic structures subjected to earthquake motions. The concept behind the program has been described in a previous report. In this report, extensions made to the DRAIN-2D program are described and an updated user's guide to the program is presented. The new user's guide supersedes that previously published.
