SHRINC - A Computer Program for Nonuniform Drying Shrinkage in Concrete Members

The program SHRINC (Shrinkage in Concrete) calculates nonuniform drying shrinking histories with concrete prismatic members. A nonlinear finite element formulation which considers the moisture dependence of material properties is used. The finite element formulation, the idealization of materials properties and boundary conditions, the numerical approach, and practical use aspects are discussed. The users manual, a sample problem with input and output, and a listing of the program code (Fortran) are included.
