Prismatic columns with symmetrically reinforced rectangular cross sections under uniaxial bending are considered. Numerical solutions are obtained using a finite element computer program, PCFRAME, capable of performing nonlinear geometric, material and time dependent analysis of planar reinforced and prestressed concrete frames.
