DRAIN-3DX: base program user guide

This program documentation describes use of the DRAIN-3DX base program. The current version of the program uses an "in-core" equation solver and does not renumber the nodes for minimum storage, making it suitable only for relatively small structures. The structure is modeled as a 3D assemblage of nonlinear elements connected at nodes.
