This report contains 25 papers by faculty participants and research personnel associated with the Earthquake Engineering Research Center of the University of California at Berkeley that were presented at the Tenth World Conference on Earthquake Engineering held in Madrid, Spain, July 19-24, 1992. The papers have been compiled in this report to illustrate some of the research work in earthquake engineering being conducted at the university. The conference keynote lecture, a workshop report, and several other papers presented in this report relate to the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.
